Returns & Exchanges

At SAHVI, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of the original shipping date.

Important Considerations:

  • Grading Reports: If your purchase includes a grading report, please ensure it’s returned with the item. Fees may apply for missing or damaged reports.

  • International Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for international orders at this time.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

  • Custom-designed or modified jewellery

  • Eternity rings

  • Visibly worn jewellery

  • Damaged items

  • Altered, resized, or engraved jewellery

  • Improperly packaged returns

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Return or Exchange Your Item:

  1. Use Our Shipping Label: We provide a complimentary insured shipping label for returns within South Africa.

  2. Package Carefully: Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  3. Ship Timely: Your return must be received within 14 days of the original shipping date.

Verification and Processing:

  • Quality Inspection: Upon receipt, your item will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Refund or Store Credit: If your return is accepted, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit, typically within 10 business days.

  • Declined Returns: Items that fail the quality inspection will be returned to you.

Lifetime Guarantee:

We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our fine jewellery, including:

  • Ring resizing

  • Metal maintenance

  • Stone tightening

  • Diamond setting

  • Gemstone replacement (for stones under 0.15ct)

Please note that this guarantee does not extend to international orders or items that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
